Return Policy For This Item
This item is fullfilled through Printify. Products made by Printify are unique and produced to order, therefore, they are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once an Order has been placed the customer can no longer edit the details of the Order or cancel it. If the shipment details are incorrect, or the Customer ordered the wrong size or color, Printify is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. If the Produced Order is lost during Shipment, Printify will investigate and may provide replacements when appropriate. After investigating Your issue, if Printify’s Merchant Support team determines that your Product is faulty, Your Orders will be submitted for either reprint or replacement, but no refund will be issued. Refunds are only provided if a subsequent reprint or replacement is also found to be faulty by our Merchant Support team. Refunds will be issued in the form of credits only. Printify does not give refunds for orders that have been shipped without tracking until they are verified to be lost.
Dark Whimsical Art and Printify do not accept returns if the item ordered is the wrong size or if the customer has buyers remorse. Only order if you are 100% in love with the item.
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back if the customer wants to return an item.
Shipping Policy For This Item
Most orders will arrive in 3 weeks, but you will want to allow 4 weeks before contacting Dark Whimsical Art or Printify. Some products are packaged and shipped separately. Printify cannot guarantee delivery dates and accepts no responsibility for Products that are delivered after the estimated delivery date. The delivery date that is given is only an average estimation, and some deliveries can take longer, or alternatively be delivered much faster. All delivery estimates given at the time of placing and confirming an order are subject to change.
Dark Whimsical Art and Printify are not responsible for any shipping issues that are a result of incorrect information such as wrong address, phone number, and email address. Any extra expenses that occur due to wrong information is the responsibility of the customer such as second shipping charges.
