Return Policy For This Item

This item is fulfilled through Printful and should be returned to them. Instructions on how to do this will be included in your order. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on Printful's part are covered at Printful's expense.

Dark Whimsical Art and Printful do not accept returns if the item ordered is the wrong size or if the customer has buyers remorse. Only order if you are 100% in love with the item.

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back if the customer wants to return an item. If the product is found to be defective in some way the cost of the item and the shipping the costumer paid will be refunded to the customer.

Printful cannot guarantee delivery dates and accepts no responsibility for Products that are delivered after the estimated delivery date, apart from advising the User of any known delay. Standard delivery times are shown on the Printful Site. It is only an average estimation, and some deliveries can take longer, or alternatively be delivered much faster. All delivery estimates given at the time of placing and confirming an order are subject to change. In any case, Printful will do their best to contact you and advise you of all changes.
