It's Been a While Since I Did Any Art Creation

Not sure why I'm not feeling up to creating art. This was the last piece I produced and I really didn't feel like working on it. Guess I have artist block, if that is really a thing. It could be I'm tired and I've prioritized everything else over art and so I have nothing left to create with at the end of the day. It makes me feel maybe I don't love art as much as I believe I do.

I guess everyone has down times.

My second attempt at the same art. I thought maybe I could improve it, maybe it wasn't finished yet and that is why I didn't like it. I guess it improved a little. 

I don't know what I will use this for yet, if anything. Maybe I'll make stickers from it. It could be a cute sticker. I'll have to complete the tail in photoshop since I went off the paper. 

I think I need to pick any medium and make a mess instead of making something specific. Play in the paint. Swoosh with the markers and not care what I create. Do it for me and no one else. 

Kudos to those who can do commission work. That is not for me. The closest I got to commission work was wedding photography. I don't do weddings any more.

Maybe I will record the mess I make. I think artists need to know it is okay to create crap every once in a while. Don't let the fear of creating crap stop you. Create that crap and embrace it. lol
